Shipping & delivery

Free shipping on orders over €150

Are you ordering for €150 or more? We will ship your order free of charge within the Netherlands. For orders below this amount, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout: 6.95 for the Netherlands, 7.95 for Belgium, and 8.50 for Germany. For other EU countries, please contact us via email or the contact form.

 

Shipping with Track & Trace

All orders from Styled by Chris Studio are carefully packed and shipped. As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email so that you can easily track your order.

 

Not at home?

No problem. If the delivery service is unable to deliver your package, it will usually be dropped off at a ServicePoint in your area. You will receive a notification from the courier so you know where and when you can pick up your package.

 

In-store pickup

Would you rather pick up your order? You can certainly do so at our Studio in Rotterdam. Select ‘In-store pickup’ during checkout. As soon as your order is ready, you will receive a message from us.

You can view your order immediately upon pickup. If something is not quite to your liking, we are happy to help you with an exchange or return in the store. Any refunds will always be processed via the original payment method used for the online checkout.
