Return conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• Articles must have all original labels attached.
• Sale items cannot be returned.
• Earrings and jewelry cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
• Returns that do not meet the conditions may be refused.

Return shipping costs

The costs for returning items are at your own expense, unless otherwise stated. The costs are 6.95 and will be deducted from the original amount.

Refund

Once we have received and processed your return, we will refund the purchase amount within a few working days via the original payment method.
